30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused.
- It must have all original tags attached.
- It should be in its original packaging.
- You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Since our products are made to order, customers are responsible for the cost of the return label if the return is accepted, and this cost will be subtracted from your refund.

We can consider changing the products on your order on a case-by-case basis. However, we cannot guarantee changes if the product is already in production and supplies and materials have been used. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet started. If you request a change after production has begun, a 10% change fee will apply.
If you request to cancel your order within 12 hours of making your purchase, a 20% waste fee will be charged, which will be subtracted from your refund if it is accepted.
We will provide an exchange if we shipped you the wrong size or wood type. However, we do not offer exchanges for different size or wood type preferences or if the product does not fit your device. Please ensure you order the correct size and wood type by referring to the dimensions provided in our product descriptions before placing your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Since our products are handmade and made of natural wood, they may not be perfect. Sizes may slightly differ from the dimensions in the descriptions, but in most cases, this difference will be minimal and won't affect the usability of our products.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus the cost of the return label. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
